Well, honey, if you give the cashier a ten dollar bill for something that costs less than ten bucks, you should expect some change back. Now, if the cashier is on their game, you should get back the difference between the cost of your purchase and the ten dollar bill you handed over. Simple math, my dear.
Give it to me ( :
No. If you gave somebody 2 dollars, they would decide not to give you the 3 dollars in return. They would lose the 1 dollar on the bet, but you just gave them 2 dollars, so they are still a dollar ahead (an you are out a dollar). NOTE: Even if they decided to give you the 3 dollars, it would be a wash. You give them 2, they give you 3. They win the 1 dollar bet, so you now give them a 3rd dollar, and you are both back where you started.

I am so happy to be in this country where I and the rest of my people can come here on HB1/HB1 Visa's or Green Cards and worked in the IT Field and take all the IT positions. God Bless America!!!! George W. Bush was the greatest president, especially when he made our RUPEE wrth more than the all mighty Dollar. We can buy homes in cash and no worry about having to take any mortgages.
