he he he. I know it i corny but they do it because they are proud to be American and think it is cool. i respect them for that. but i admit it is cheesy
It is hoped that patriotism will be inculcated by the daily repetition of the pledge of allegiance, but I personally have my doubts.

kids should text because it is a way to communicate with friends and family members and if they get lost then all they have to do is text someone saying I'm in trouble come help I'm near.... blah blah blah. kids should text because they can because no one said kids can not text.
There has been debate in the past few years whether or not to take it out. People that are agnostic, atheist, or of different religions may think that it isn't right to have the name of a religious being to be in something that kids say everyday at school in a secular country.Though it should be noted that students (or anyone for that matter) aren't required to say the Pledge of Allegiance.
They do not have to, but it shows your respect for those who fought for this nation

Kids get detention for saying the 'D word' often. It is not socially acceptable for kids in school to curse on school campuses. They are only words, but they are taboo in our society.

I think they should only offer it to the kids that really want it and if they don't to bad because i would! I am just saying i think the should with no extra pay or anything.
