Yes because students can save more money eating outside of the campus rather than eating inside the university. Foods outside the university is cheaper than the foods sold in the canteen.

of course because they are big enough and responsible enough to take good care of themselves. They are the ones budgeting their allowance. Food outside the campus are cheaper than the foods sold in the canteen...
There is nothing wrong with letting them go out to lunch as long as you moniter who goes and if you made a system of only good conduct type kids are allowed to go. Students have opportunity to get into trouble, obtain contraband and may decide to be late in returning. It also contributes to accidents as they race to places and try to beat the bell in getting back. Minors are the responsibility of their parents and those that they entrust them too, in this case the school. The authorities do not have control over the outside factors and this exposes them to greater risk.
i think that kids should HAVE permission to leave school at lunch, they are begining to be an young adult, and they should be treated like an young adult.
yes because they need to be free from the lunch ladies and get freash food and not nasty food
