well it depends on the parents decision since these games are violent and include
curse words you should stick to the rating on the back of the cover. or if the
child is mature and knows what the difference between games and real life let him play the game but try limiting the content like for example turn off subtitles and mute the voice volume some games like Call of Duty have a limit content option.
