Honestly I think it's depending on wether or not you have a blue tooth or you have the person on speakerphone, otherwise I don't think it's the safest thing.
It is against the law to hold it up to your ear while driving.
If it's really important that you talk to someone you can just pull over.

∙ 16y agoNo. It is a distraction and could cause an injury or a collision. Also, using a cell phone without a headset or hands-free adapter while driving is illegal in many places.
