No sorry guys and girls but no it shouldent. people bin pushing it for so long but who really cares if its legal or not? they are still doing it arent they? and if we finally did legalize it people will begin to find a new drug to legalize and just keep pushing and pushing until its legal there is not point into doing it, only thing is that u could smoke it where ever and it would be easyer to find even tho its easy enough right now like honestly im pretty sure 1 in every 10 people have grown pot before i havent but i know alot of people who do.

Why should pot not be legalized?
I have to qualify this by first saying I think it should be legalized, and I do not believe it is really a "gateway" drug. But I think the government does not want it legalized because it will be almost impossible to control and tax - tax being the operative word. People are already growing their own. If it was legal, there would be no stopping that. The government would want to control production and distribution so they could account for sales and tax them. They know it won't happen that way, and are probably behind the negative press on the subject for that reason.
