I just pulled my dog's infected tooth.I was advised by a dentist how to. I was informed that if I didn't pain and a more serious infection would develop. I was nervous but the gum line was inflammed and the tooth was loose and I knew it had to be done. You can only do this if the tooth is loose, that is, you can wiggle it.1) It's best to give an antibiotic prior. IF you have left over amoxicillian (safe for dogs) depending on size of dog but 70 mg 4 days prior and 3 days after 2) relax the dog. a small amt of beer works well and is not dangerous. Be very reassuring and loving and make him feel loved. developing trust. 3) needle nose pliers sterilized w boiling water and alcohol and clean cotten ball. 4)you'll need 2 people. Wrap dog in a towel. And hold head steady. Get a good hold of it with the pliers and (it takes courage) just pull as quickly as you can. My dog let out a loud yelp but then was perfectly fine/normal-like nothing happened. I gave him kisses and a treat and it's all over.
your question doesn't make any sense but i think the question your referring to is should you pull a dog's tooth? which you shouldn't. why would you anyway? you can if you want i think they grow back but i mean yeah you know, grotty, slimy...
No! You can have a veterinarian do it, but don't do it on your own. The dog is your pet; you have to recognize that there will be some cost involved in proper care.
Terrible idea, but yes.
Bit of a nasty question but yes
no take it to the vet
pull it out
pull it out
how much to pull a tooth
Do NOT (I repeat NOT) pull it out. If it's still in, it can be saved. Get to the dentist very soon, though.
Do you guys just pull a single tooth.
Know that the tooth is coming out for a good reason and that leaving it in will cause worse problems for you.
No. The guinea pig should see a vet. The loose tooth could be the result of a vitamin deficiency or other problem.
um i actually think you shouldnt pull a puppy's tooth out
You hold it and pull............
Make a knot with normal dental floss around the loose tooth. Slide the loop up the front and back of the tooth as high as you can. Pull the floss ends or have your child pull the floss if they want. The tooth should pop out of the mouth without any pain if done correctly.
Many people may have different opinions, but the safest way is to wait for it to fall out.
