actually that depends on if the ten year old is responsible enough to keep a cell phone.
no that's way to young!
It Depends I think it's perfectly fine if you have a plan. You can take away the phone for some time if they go over their minutes. If they do it a lot, wait until they're older. I think 11 year olds can be very responsible. If they aren't, then simply take it away until they're more responsible.
because 8 year olds are not responsible for their lives..
Yes. A 12 year old should have a cell phone. They should be mature enough to handle a cell phone. My daughter's are triplets and they are all very responsible about what they do on there phone. I think that 12 year old's should have a phone.
Is there any evidence that 16-year-olds are less responsible than 18-year-olds?
Because they are now much older and responsible for this oppurtunity and most of them are mature enough to own one.
Sometimes. The human brain doesn't fully develop until the early 20s, so, theoretically, 18 year-olds should be more responsible than 16 year-olds, as their brains are further along towards full development. But if I were to give an answer based on what I've seen of teenagers, I'd be inclined to say no. Some 18 year-olds realise that they'll now be held more accountable, being legally considered adults; many do not.
I think it should be at least 18+, they have to be responsible but i've seen about 16 year olds do it too.
It depends on the girl. Most 12-year-olds are responsible enough to have a Facebook account, but some aren't. It should be up to the girl's parents to decide whether she should have one or not.
most 12 year olds act all great ........... that's not normal!! 12 year olds should be responsible and should hava had thre first kiss or at least have a boyfriend , the should start having "feelings "for the opposite/same sex they should still dress the same though nd that's wer it all goes wrong
Because she is still a minor and you are responsible for her so you are responsible for her baby also.
