No. Because many websites are used to research things for school work. i agree because there have some sites that ive come across that say, "education" for the reason that it was blocked and some say, "recource" for the reason. i say it's a bunch of bulls**t!!!!!!
There are none, if one site slips past the block then the next time you go onto it the website will be blocked because the block can tell what the website is about by the meta tags on it. The site is blocked because you're not supposed to be on it at school.
The deviantART website is available for viewing on every computer, however, a school administrator can restrict it on a school's computer lab. This is usually used if the website's content is purposely or accidentally crude, pornographic, vulgar and etc or if the webstie spams with ads. As a student, there is no way of making this website available if it is blocked by the school. As a school administrator, you should be able to make this website available by taking it off of a password protected block list. These can be found in your web browser or in your sequirity program, such as McAfee.

When you are at school and they block some things and you might need them things they block.
They use website filters. The filters stop students from accessing sites that have been blocked. The filters are ran through the school's/school district's server.
no
No, unless your school didn't block the website. Schools mostly block uneducated websites. If you are lucky, try to not get caught by a teacher, but if you take my advice don't do it. Or you'll get in trouble. People of integrity tell the truth ALL the time.
YouTube is available almost anywhere worldwide to people with an internet connection and computer. As long as your school didn't block the YouTube website with an education filter, then you should be able to visit YouTube using your school's computer via Safari, Firefox, or even Chrome and with the other browsers too.
either in IE go to tools or options then internet options or settings then security, then blocked websites and turn it off there. If it is locked then try this. in the start menu find or search for cmd then when you have it open it will be black then you type in "ping " and your website without the "https://" it will give you the ip address type that in to your website address and it should bypass the security block
