Well I'm a Sophmore about to become a Junior. I think that school activities should't be taken away since student don't have enough responsibility to put there trash in a trash can, when the school provides it.

There are many high schools that are open campus, but other high schools usually don't have open campus because of something that went wrong such as people dying by getting hit by a car.
When I was in High School, the freshman were the only ones that had to stay on campus. This prevented them from illegally driving from campus out to lunch and back. Once age 17, you were considered of legal age while still in school, so this allows this freedom.
