I don't know that the fine arts should get the credit so much as the teens who are willing to broaden their horizons and check things out for themselves. That shows an open mindeness that will certainly prove helpful to their success later in life.

because it doesn't matter how old a citizen of the united states is, they still made a choice to murder someone or were convicted of rape or whatever the situation. If you break the law, there are consequences for your actions. If you decide to break the law there will be an outcome for that mistake. Teens want to be treated as an adult but there actions say otherwise if they want to be treated as an adult, then they should be charged with the life in prison as well. Plus its taking someones life or giving an innocent individual an STD. Teens should be scentenced with life in prison.
If you're convicted of a felony charge, you're a felon. Doesn't matter if you serve three months, three years, three decades, three life sentences, or no time at all.
