Absolutely not! For one, bad guys do not follow the law, and will smuggle in guns. When they do that, the law-abiding citizens will have nothing to defend themselves with. Also, the job of the supreme court is to interpret the constitution. The 2nd amendment says, "A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." If the supreme court banned guns, that would be doing the thing it is not supposed to be doing.
