Michael Ostrander is a bumbling idiot who has no idea what he's talking about, the US is the most hated Country for a Reason.DRAGONFORCE RULES!!!!!!!!!!
Things turned out good after all. Had we gone to war over Cuba, things may have not gone so well. We are using 20/20 hindsight here.
_There should be a space between 'the' and 'impact' it should read: "What was the impact of World War 2 on US society?" Soz!_
The US is not yet involved in world 11. The next world war should be WWIII so they have a way to go.
australians went to war with everybody=but us cause were amazing like that==this is her daughter writing whos awesome=
OF COURSE!!
No we should not have gone into Iraq. First of all George Bush charged in with no proof of them doing the deed. Second he did not get any answers on if they should go or not by the united nations. In the end it resulted in a war and a lot of dead marines. The answer is NO.
The US did fight in World War 1, although not from the beginning. Same for World War 2. When both world wars began, they were seen as European squabbles, and there was a strong feeling that the US should make every effort to stay out of them.
Churchill wanted the US in the World War 2, he needed the Us in the war. Britain was losing until the US started fighting. When the US joined, he was happy.
well its hard to explain i know that they were on Englands side but i think they won because england won. Canada was an ally of England along with other 'commonwealth' countries. Once the US joined the war the tide turned against Hitler and the invasion of Europe was possible. Thousands of Canadians gave their lives to win the war.
The US Civil War provides the background.
The US felt Europe should handle Europe's problem.
And how do you suggest we should have gone about stopping the Holocaust other than by defeating the German Army? I'm sure Rambo could have parachuted right into Dachau or Auschwitz and walked out with all the Jews following him, but World War 2 wasn't a movie.
