YES! I'm doing a report on Mars and there is frozen water caps that have carbon- dioxide in them! Scientists say that there may have been previous life on Mars, that means humans might one day be able to live on Mars!! Lets put it this way, would you think the US should push the exploration of a planet humans might be able to live on? If you don't, I don't exactly understand your thinking. 8-) B-)
