It didn't. It was originally played in Kalamazoo, Michigan in 1947 and 1948 before moving on to Wichita, Kansas in 1949 before coming to a permanent home in Omaha, NE.. Where it has been since 1950. The last CWS was held in Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium in 2010 With the University of South Carolina Gamecocks winning it's first championship in any sport. Next year the CWS moves to downtown Omaha and the TD Ameritrade Stadium.
Rosenblatt seats 23,145 (capacity was increased by 10,000 seats in 2001). Rosenblatt currently hosts the College World Series, but not for long -- the NCAA and the city of Omaha have signed a memorandum of agreement to keep the CWS in Omaha, but the agreement also states that the series will move to Omaha's to-be-built downtown stadium in 2011.
Oh, FSU baseball - always the bridesmaid, never the bride. The Seminoles have appeared in the NCAA Baseball Tournament an incredible 52 times, and have traveled to Omaha for the College World Series 21 times (including three appearances in the CWS Championship Game or Championship Series).
Two no-hitters have been pitched in the College World series, or CWS.

It could mean anything the poster decided to abbreviate to CWS. It might mean College World Series, which relates to baseball.

Currently there is no curfew law in the city of Omaha. There has been talk of adopting one, but most deem it impractical. Bellevue, Papillion, and Millard do have curfews, but Omaha by and large does not have one. Enjoy your freedom while it lasts, and stay safe!
It is not a nautical term. It is a hand plunger to wash clothes by hand and is the brand name. It also has a picture of an imaginary CWS Invincible ship embossed on the side.
