Whenever you get anything that has to do with the front suspension replaced you should go get your car realigned It is just good to make sure that you have it aligned.
It has to be by a dealer.

The Idle Speed Control actuator is located right behind the air intake plenum
attached to the rubber line that runs off the intake manifold. It should be near the brake booster.
It would be recommended for most vehicles especially if you disturbed any adjustments or shims.

mounted on the metal intake near the firewall. should be two large hoses. one from the the rubber intake to the ICV (idle control valve) and one from the ICV to the metal intake. hope this helps
