For a genuine Pandora piece, look for the obvious PANDORA printed on the outside of the barrel-click-clasp..then check for the 925 sterling mark inside the clasp AND most telling....the initials ALE....then it should be the real thing.
A Pandora opener named (ClaspEase) is made out of tough plastic so it wont break easily and is just the right thickness to push into the clasp to open it, this will not damage your jewellery if used properly. Claspease can stop you from breaking your nails due to the Pandora's stiff clasp.

A tang clasp is the buckle style clasp commonly used on belts and watches.
You can use a pair of needle-nosed pliers to tighten the clasp on a wallet. Gently bend the clasp to tighten it against the partner clasp.
Look on the inside, edges or clasp of the piece for the number 925. If it has that number then it is sterling silver.
