Yes, YSL makeup can be applied the same way as Covergirl makeup. The two brands may offer different styles and price points, but you should be able to use the products in the same manner as any other brand of makeup.

ANIMALS such as guinea pigs rabbits dogs cats monkeys rats mice ect get tested on . Unfortunetly they are tested on with shampoos soaps makeup and more its really sad you should never use these products check out the peta website it will have non tested list of brands and a tested list. you should really get into it you will be saving animals . (:
I do not support animal testing. Especially if the animals are being tested on for human products like makeup and shampoo and stuff. if its for the humans then theyshould get humans to agree to safe testing practices. If it is for animals then they should use safe and human practices on some animals. But if the product is made for humans then it should not be tested on animals because it could have a totally different effect on humans then it does animals from- an all around animal loving vegetarian
Cover Girl Makeup products use Pork fat, Beef fat, or Vegetable Fat.

The more and more people take a stance against animal cruelty, the more companies are willing to change the testing. The best way to make sure the makeup you are using was not tested on animals is to look on the tag for a phrase that would say "NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS" or "NO ANIMALS WERE HARMED IN THE MAKING OF THIS MAKEUP." Some famous brands of makeup that are known for not testing on animals include: LIME CRIME Burt's Bees Arbonne
