yes as government water is not constant in all areas. in fact in rural areas they get water supply for barely 3-4 hours on alternate days. but if private companies take over they have to ensure that people get clean pure water 24/7 as it is their job and the people will be paying extra for it. Also the water supplied by the government is not always clean and may have bacterial content. This may be the reason for people to get sick and hence not only will they pay for impure water but also pay extra as medical bills for their treatment. Therefore, i say that water should be
