Many times in US history there has been movements to do exactly what you ask about. There was the Chinese exclusion act to not allow Chinese into the country. This is a country of immigrants and the only people who can claim to be native are Native Americans. My family came before the American revolution and has fought in every war for the country and many people have the same type of history. Some are more recent, but each one came to find a better life and to live in freedom. We need to know our history because of questions like yours. My answer is no we shouldn't limit people that is discrimination.
