Ink jets are cheaper initially and many have great color. Laser printers cost more initially but the toner lasts longer and they generally print much faster after initial warm-up.

∙ 11y agoBubble jet and ink jet are similar. To expand on this answer, the difference is that bubble jet printers use special heating elements to prepare the ink whereas ink jet printers uses piezoelectric crystals.
