That is something each of us has to decide for ourselves. McDonald's food tastes good, but it is loaded with preservatives. As a treat every now and then, it probably isn't bad, but eating at McDonald's (or any other fast food hamburger restaurant) daily probably is not the healthiest choice.

∙ 12y agoYou can let your kids eat McDonald's but only once in a while as a treat. Because we want our kids to grow up fit and healthy so we should influence healthy food to them and make sure that your kid (s) know that junk food is only a treat not a food you snack on all the time.
