Food paranoia is when an individual has an exaggerated "fear" of certain foods (rarely all foods, most likely just a few). Food paranoia is often senseless but it does have an impact depending on severity. People with food paranoia will avoid "unsafe" foods, which are any food that they feel they can't eat otherwise consequences will occur (NOT because of weight gain, but rather fear of sickness, contamination, etc) If one with food paranoia tries to consume any "unsafe" food, they may gag, get physically ill, etc. In other words, "unsafe" foods can be literally impossible for one with food paranoia to eat.

No. There is no evidence that chronic marijuana use causes paranoia. There are reports from some people that they experience paranoia during individual uses, but the effects do not last beyond the time that the drug is effective on them. It is not clear how much of that temporary paranoia is actually due to the effects of the drug, and how much is due to the fact that it is illegal and people are reacting to the fear of getting caught. And if you rip it fat enough you will get some nice dreams.
