Most smaller fish such as neon tetras should be fed every day. However, feeding 6 days a week out of 7 is usually sufficient, if need be.
You don't really need neon in everyday life, however when electrically charged they do make nice red neon signs, for example outside restaraunts.
One or two times a day. Depending on how many fish you have. If you have more than five, feed them two times a day.
As a sign (for beer).
Yes! When I was about twelve years old, we introduced two goldfishes (we won them at a church bazaar) into the tank with a variety of tropical fishes. The tropicals were all dead (skeletons at the bottom of the tank) the very NEXT DAY. It was horrible.

Yes, neon tetras do sleep, although their sleep patterns are different from those of land animals. They tend to become less active and seek shelter among plants or decorations in the aquarium during the night. While they may not have eyelids to close, their behavior changes, indicating that they are resting. Proper lighting and a natural day-night cycle are important for their health and well-being.
First you need to stretch every day, and you need to get farther and farther every day. In about a week you should be about 3in farther in your splits.
