Bicycles, usually. But vintage cars may have them too.
360 / 15 = 24 spokes
Modern car wheels have a cast metal wheel, so it's all one component. Classical car wheels used to have spokes (like bicycle wheels) and as such, were made up of a central hub from which the spokes branced out - connecting to a circular rim, in the same way as a bicycle wheel. Also, modern car tires are pressure fitted to the wheels, with lips hooking under a rim on the outerside of the wheel, because of this and advancements in tire design, we now have tires with no inner-tubes.
A deraileur is the device that shifts the chain to different cogs on a bicycle.

a car is faster and much safer then a bicycle. your welcome
A bicycle attached to the top of the car does not alter the name of the equipment you use to attach it to the car. The bicycle carrier will still be referred to as a bicycle carrier regardless of its location on the car.

When you pass a bicycle, you pass it the same way you would if it is a car.

Because if you didn't have spokes you'd have to have solid disc wheels which'd be heavier and quite unpleasant to ride in windy conditions. To hold the hub for your gears. Also keep your wheel true.Just fine, thanks for asking. Seriously, there seems to be something missing from the question. Spokes in a bicycle wheel work by all spokes pulling the rim towards the hub. The stiffness of the rim prevents it from collapsing, and if all spokes are equally long and pull equally hard the result is a round wheel.
