Absolutely NOT. Freezing coffee breaks down the oils naturally in the beans. Coffee is very porous and will absorb moisture, and other flavors such as "freezer burn." Your coffee should never be stored in the freezer or the fridge. Keeping it away from air is the key. In a well sealed container, in a dark cabinet at room temperature, your coffee will stay it's freshest!!
