I recommend the 30 day free trial to see if you'd enjoy it. Look up tutorials online to learn how it works. (Or ask questions on here.) You can also buy a lower version that does a lot of the same things. (For a lot cheaper!)

When you buy and install Photoshop it should be installed into the Applications folder with all the other applications.
You should use a Apple Computer with Photoshop because the software is very Apple friendly. It;s also good to get a couple book's on the Particular version of Photoshop you have. You should know that Adobe Photoshop is that it really prefers that you use an Apple Mac computer, theirs alot of extras in the software that only work with the Apple Computer.
in control panel, click on add/remove programs and find Adobe Photoshop. Click on Photoshop and click change remove. This should help! :D

It depends on the configuration of the Laptop (and also the version of Adobe Photoshop) you are using. If the processor is Dual Core or C2D, with 2+ GB of RAM, then it should be fine to run Photoshop CS2. Anyway, Photoshop and other multimedia tools are processor & memory intensive programs, and also run a lot of background processes so the system should be a bit slower.
