Level 76 fishing will give you the ability to Fish Sharks, and even if you don't have the cooking level to cook them for use getting the Fire Cape, you can sell the raw shark at the Grand Exchange, than out of the cash you received from the Raw Sharks, you can buy Cooked ones, and most likely still have a bit of cash left over. ( That's if you don't buy more )

if your account is 5 years or older you should be able to obtain a veterans cape
The two animated capes in Runescape are the the Fire Cape, and the level 120 dungeoneering cape.
cooking is the easiest or try wood cutting its a non member skill and the skill cape guy is very easy to find
you need to be a member and have a high hunting level to get a spotted cape.
There is not a black team cape on runescape if there was it would be awesome
