First, this is simply a matter of opinions. The "snake bites" are gaining in popularity as opposed to a few years ago when it was mainly the standard labret. I would say that looking at the number of people having these piercings done they are becoming "cooler" however, you should never base whether or not to get a piercing or tattoo on what other think is "cool" "sexy" "hot" "badass" or in any way a "hip" thing to do. You should always choose modifications that you find pleasing for whatever reason as these will be the ones in which you get the most pleasure out of.
That depends on how old you are, what you want to do, and may depend on what your parents allow you to do. Strangers can not make that decision for someone else.
no she doesn't have a nose piercing but i do know that she has snakebites (hoopes) and a monroe piercing on her left upper lip.
The only way to know how much your piercing will cost is to contact your piercing studio and ask them.
Any good body piercing studio in your area, listed in the yellow pages under "Body Piercing " or "Tattoos" ( some tattoo shops do piercing as well ) .
Yes all piercings hurt regardless of where you get them the difference is who does the piercing and how much skill and experience do they have. In the hands of a professional body piercer working in a licensed and inspected facility your piercing experience should be almost pain free.

By using orajel before you pierce it DO NOT USE ICE it makes the skin hard and harder to push the needle trough. Wherever you get your piercing rings and needles from should also sell cleaning supplies instructions for cleaning should be on the bottle
Piercing in general can close up within hours no matter how long you've had them....Snakebites can close within hours unless you had it punched or something... depends on your body. everyones different. but you should leave a fresh piercing in for 2-3 weeks with regular cleaning.
When it comes to piercings, it doesnt matter what your skin tone is. Skin tone does not affect whether or not the piercing will look good. I will say that snakebites look better on people with fuller lips. People with very thin lips do not look right with snakebites.
