I also get frequent headaches, migrains as well. I use exedrin migrain as soon as the headache or migrain starts. Seems to help me, if your migrains keep getting you down I would get to a doctor ASAP.

my dr. started me on effexor 75mg the first couple of weeks i was fine then i started getting headaches real bad, they switched my dosagge to 37.5 but i am still havig headaches but not as bad I keep them and it is about to drive me up the wall
