Student organizations, clubs and extracurricular activities that have had a positive impact on your work ethic or characteristics that would be useful to your employer, you should include on your resume.

If you obtained a degree, that is an important part of a resume. Otherwise, List your schooling and the courses (if any) that apply to the job description. Your grades do not matter in this case.
