It has whatever size tanks it was ordered with. It could have dual 60 gallon tanks, dual 100 gallon tanks, dual 120 gallon tanks, dual 150 gallon tanks, etc.
Typically 1 gallon tanks are far too small for even flat submersible heaters as the ambient temperature in the location where you keep it should warm it up (or cool it down!).If you are unable to keep an even temperature, they do make tiny flat heaters for 2.5 to 5 gallon tanks
The size of tank is immaterial. ALL domestic well water pressure tanks should have 28 or 38 psi when nearly empty. The difference is whether it has a 30/50 or a 40/60 pressure switch on it.
This is not based on gallons of water but the foot print of the tank. On average, I would say 2 to 2 1/2 pounds would be sufficent for that size. Most tanks you can use the 1 pound per gallon rule. However planted tanks and some species require a deeper substrate bed.
