Their customer service is terrible (an average wait time of 60 minutes to talk to a service representative) and their products are usually defective or don't work at all (recording a program on certain channels is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. Many customers switch to Tellus, Bell, or Netflix due to this aggravating service.
You can get cable through Shaw, Tellus, Comcast, Windstream etc. You can also get satellite cable through Dish Network or Direct TV. Many of theses companies offer internet as well.
