You shouldn't take a language depending on what you want to be when you grow up. You should take the language that you are most interested in. If you take Latin just because you want to be a lawyer and not because you actually love it, you will quit it in a range from a the first week to the first year. Latin will help you with English, logic of language, and Germanic and especially romance languages. It will help you with your knowledge of the western world. So only take it if you love. I do.
Latin is useful for an attorney, but not a requirement. You can always refer to the legal dictionary for the appropriate phrases.
You should study Latin and take all of your English courses. Another area you should study is Communication, so that you understand what it takes to be effective.
you should take law and if your school doesnt have that you should also take buisness
This depends. Latin is a "dead" language so only take it if a) you want to be a lawyer or go into an otherwise latin related career or b) you want to later put it on your CV as a way of demonstarting your intelligence. Mandarin however would be far more useful otherwise in later life.
The initial steps to take before making a will is that you should contact your lawyer and make sure you have a witness present you should decide what you want to go to who and be prepared to tell the lawyer.
yes but you have to really want to do it and stick to it and when you get an opertunity for it you should take that opertunity straight away
You might want to take courses such as law and psychology.
The only avenue to take is to lawyer up.
When hiring a lawyer you should consider the lawyer's past experience and track record. You don't want a new lawyer since divorce cases can be messy and you don't want someone who will price gouge you.
Public speaking, debate team, political science (if your high school has it).
It depends on the career you want/have. If you want to have a career in the science area, studying Latin would help with sceitnfic terms and names and writings. Each has their own advantages and disadvantages.

If you did not do it, don't plea to it. Do you have a good lawyer? If you have a public defender, you will be told to plea. My advice is to spend thousands for a good defense lawyer that specializes in cases like yours. If you get a run of the mill lawyer, you'll get a run of the mill defense. DA's are relentless and will not give up, so neither should you. A DA's worst fear is a jury!
