what I would do is breed the eevee and then trade. 1. Put eevee in daycare with a dito. If you don't have one they are in the grass along the daycare in hg and ss. In dp and platnim when you have the national pokedex you can go to the Pokemon mansion talk to the owner every day and eventuly he will say something about a dito and then you can find them in his garden. 2. Trade the eevee. 3. level up the newly hatched eevee. 4. Do what ever it is you want to do with an eevee and an arceus! :)
