Most likely you would only use thin pads for discharge. There really isn't a reason why you should put on heavy flow pads unless its personal. When changing a pad for discharge it could depend on how much has already leaked onto it. Whenever you go to the bathroom check how much is on your existing pad and if its basically half way covered with discharge then that the time to change it. notice its unhealthy to keep ANY kind of pad in for more than 6 hours. Using the patch can cause an increase in normal discharge - but discharge with a bad odor is almost always caused by an infection. You should see your doctor or family planning clinic to be tested.
If the routine your using is helpful like making you lose weight and you feel comfortable dont change it but if this routine dosent work change it up.
Change the oil and filter every 5,000 miles if you are using conventional oil or every 7,500 miles if you are using synthetic oil.
Every 5,000 miles is the max i would go, and you should be using synthetic oil only.
On most vehicles I recommend you change the oil every 5,000 miles if you are using conventional oil and 8,000 if you are using synthetic. However due to a design flaw in your Saturn engine, you need to change your oil every 3,000 miles.
To calculate the discharge superheat on a chiller, first measure the temperature of the refrigerant gas at the discharge line using a temperature sensor. Next, determine the saturation temperature of the refrigerant at the corresponding pressure in the discharge line using pressure-temperature charts. Subtract the saturation temperature from the measured discharge temperature to find the discharge superheat. The formula is: Discharge Superheat = Discharge Temperature - Saturation Temperature.
You should follow the service recommendations in the user manual. But generally if you are using a good synthetic oil you should change the oil and the filter every 15,000 miles.
You should replace it as often as you can. But as a limit, do not keep a sponge for more than a month. I do not see myself using a couple of sponges a week, so what I personally do is change my sponge every 15th and every 30th of every month.
I dodged the bullet on that one by not using synthetic oil in my car. If I did, I would be sure to change it at least as often as my owner's manual stipulates so I don't void my warranty.
Have a complex password that you change often.
Yes, you can obtain a discharge card using NGB Form 55, which is the National Guard Bureau's form for discharge from the National Guard. This form serves as an official record of your discharge and is necessary for transitioning out of service. Ensure that all required information is accurately filled out and submitted through the appropriate channels to receive your discharge card.
Depending on the shampoo you are using... you should change your shampoo every 2 weeks or so
