Most women and 10% of men have no symptoms of chlamydia. If you know you have chlamydia, it is foolish to wait until you feel bad to take the antibiotic.
For me personally there was no interaction while taking zithromax with adderall. I take 30mg adderall in the morning and I took two 250mg (500mg) of zithromax on day one followed with one 250mg of zithromax for the next four days. I felt just fine. I even asked a local pharmacist before taking and he said they won't interact. I couldn't find anything online either.
