It would assist me greatly if you provided the denomination of the coin.
Please check your coin again and post a new, separate question. Only 2 types of $1 coin were minted in 1922, a large silver coin with a picture of Miss Liberty, and a small commemorative gold coin with a picture of President Grant. Neither one had an Indian head motif.
The picture on the back of the Sacajawea coin is a young Shoshone woman. She has her infant son on her back in a wrap. This coin was a replacement for the Susan B. Anthony coin.
Pictures of a specific coin are difficult to come by. Usually you should be able to find one on eBay, but the picture is withdrawn after the coin is sold. All British Pennies from 1911 to 1922 are identical except for the year. See the link below for a 1916 British Penny.
Susan B Anthony is the "first woman to have her picture on an American Coin (Silver Dollar)"
On your browser type in 1922 high relief Peace dollar and click on image. You will find all the pictures you need.
Please look at your coin again. The person on the front is Miss Liberty! Dwight Eisenhower was a 32-year-old Army officer in 1922 so he certainly wouldn't have his picture on a coin.
