Click the "Show your bookmarks" Icon which is next to the "Bookmark this page" icon ( The star) and go down to unsorted bookmarks. Then you should see them all. After that you simply click and drag them onto the bookmarks toolbar.

Firefox bookmarks can be easily imported in Chrome browsers. Chrome has an option of import browser bookmarks for this.
The simplest way : press Ctrl + D , then press Enter . But I recommend you download a software named Bookmark Flash , it works better than other bookmark managers within FireFox .

Bookmarks are private user data. Firefox does not look into it. If you want to know if any of your saved bookmark links is broken/down you can use Bookmarks Checker add on in FF and similar options in google chrome, safari, opera, etc.

You have to get the Xmarks plugin, and install them in all the Firefox browsers you want to sync bookmarks. Get an account (which it'll prompt you to do when installing) and wa-la!
