Worm Up- Start with a light walk for a minute and thirty seconds. Then from there you work your self up to a Jog (Jog - not too much of a run but more to a steady pace) for about 2 minutes. Then for the last worm up, you run for four to six laps. ( all works Hamstrings and Quadriceps)


Stretch - on your stretch you are going to start out with a stretch called the V- stretch (V- stretch- when your doing a V- stretch you split your legs in too a v and bend your body by trying to put your right hand on your fight leg the switch to your left. Then try to touch the ground with both hands in between your legs) you well do this for two min. ( works Hamstrings and gastrocnemius)

Then a Quads stretch (Quad stretch is where you try to grab your fight foot with you right hands and while standing up. Then you switch your hands) for one min.( works Quadriceps)

Body squats (Body Squats you start by getting in to a stance by planting both feet firmly on the ground then act like you about to set down then come back up) 6 times (works Hamstrings Quadriceps)
