No there are no cheats to make a Sim rude in the Sims 2. You can however decrease a Sim's relationship with each other and this will make them more likely to be rude.
All the Sims 2 cheats are the same.It doesn't matter which Sims 2 game you're playing on pc.
No there is only cheats for sims 2 but you can get sims 3.
In The Sims 2 for PS2, you can increase the number of Sims living in a house beyond the usual limit by using the cheat code "maxmotives" to fill all motives and then use "familyfunds" to add more Simoleons. However, the game typically restricts households to a maximum of eight Sims, so to have more than four, you may need to create multiple households and manage them separately. Keep in mind that cheats can vary by region and version, so ensure you're using the correct ones for your game.
Although some mods are around that can detract money, you can simply use the FamilyFunds cheat to set the money to a particular value. Basically, you simply press Ctrl+Shift+C to open the cheats box, then type: FamilyFunds XXXX $$$$ where XXXX is the family name and the $$$$ is the money value. So say the Smith family had $30000 and you wanted to detract $5000. So you would type: "FamilyFunds Smith $25000" (remove the ""). Good Luck!
