You could be pregnant. 99.4 is a pretty high temperature, though, even for someone who is pregnant. A mild "bug" or virus could cause a temperature that high and also explain the other symptoms you are experiencing. Wait until the first day of your expected period and take a home pregnancy test. If it is negative and you have still not gotten your period a week later, retake the test. If either test is positive, or if the second test is negative and you still haven't gotten your period, call your healthcare provider.
