The world has been broadcasting TV signals since the 1920s. That has given the earliest signals about 80 years to travel away from earth, so that means they have travelled up to 80 light years. That is about 500,000,000,000,000 miles (give or take a few million miles).
That radius is enough to encompass up to 100 stars so the signals will have passed quite a few planets so far. By the time the signals reach these planets, the signals are probably far too weak to be detected above the radio noise of the universe so it is unlikely that any other life forms are watching our television programs from decades ago
They have created websites or gone out of business

Things have changed in many ways since the 1960s. The Vietnam war has ended, and the Cold War is no longer discusses. The housing market has gone down, unemployment is high, and prices have gone way up. Mobile phones and computers are now owned by most people.
No, it had not changed.
In the United States, Congress has required that major TV stations broadcast only digital signals beginning on 14 June 2009. TV and radio broadcasting begin with analog signals and older televisions are capable of receiving only analog signals. If your TV is receiving over-the-air signals (not via cable or satellite dish) and it is not digital capable or equipped with a digital conversion box, it will seem as if your VHF and UHF television signals have gone away. A conversion box can be purchased in many stores for $40-$60 or so, and up to two government coupons per household are available to cover $40 of that.
Yes because only television signals from some stations have gone digital. Crystal radios will pick up stations broadcasting on the A.M. broadcast band (540k to 1600K). These signals are amplitude modulated and crystal radios pick these up really well. You could also use them for Shortwave and pick up some stations. Am, FM and shortwave are still not digital.
My first thought before going to space was "this milk is too warm, but I'm enjoying the delivery method". Every thought I've had since then has also taken place before going to space, since I haven't gone yet.

Quite a few of the women who have gone into space have qualifications as scientists or engineers. Since your question does not specify which one you might mean I am providing a link to a list.
