Since god exists only in our imagination how can you be sure that you are praying to god and not Satan or santa or the easter bunny?

God does NOT exist in our imagination. To 'imagine' is to 'think.' And since sin came into the world, the minds of mankind became 'carnal;' of the flesh; corrupted, subject to the lies, and evil imaginations, of Satan.

It is IN the carnal mind that vain; evil, sinful, wicked, thoughts and imaginations are thought, and imagined. When one thinks, one thinks WITH one's heart, either according to the carnal mind, or according to the truth; the Word of God.

That's why God sent us His Word, and Spirit; the truth; Jesus Christ, his only begotten Son, into the world to OVERCOME the world, and the carnal mind, and all the power of Satan, FOR US, so that by and through His Word, and his Spirit, we could seek, find, know, believe, and speak, the TRUTH, and, thereby TREAD UPON all the power of Satan.

After Christ Jesus died for our sins, then God, his Father, which is the MIND of Christ, could be in all those that believe his Word; Christ, and they could be in him, and could be, thereby WITH US.

God's Word; truth, is written, and is precise in the English language in the King James Version, because that is the perfect English. Here are some words; scriptures; sayings, from God's Word unto us:

Genesis 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

Genesis 6:6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.

8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.

9 These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.

Jeremiah 13:10 This evil people, which refuse to hear my words, which walk in the imagination of their heart, and walk after other gods, to serve them, and to worship them, shall even be as this girdle, which is good for nothing.

The Word of God; Christ Jesus, is the POWER of God, and is Jesus gave us his POWER when he gave us his WORDS.

The Word of God is our SPIRITUAL meat; flesh; bread, and drink.

To EAT the Word of God is to read, hear, receive, believe, his WORDS.

To DRINK the blood of the Word of God; Christ, is to OBEY God's Word, which includes repenting of; confessing, our sins when we fail, and loving others by forgiving others of their trespasses against us.

John 6:John 6:53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.

54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.

56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.

57 As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.
