I do not believe there is a missing diary of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. There is a novel called 'The Sherlockian' by Graham Moore, which makes this claim, but it is fiction. You might also be thinking of a 'lost' novel by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle called 'The Narrative of John Smith,' which was published in 2011. The novel was written by Conan Doyle in 1883 when he was a struggling physician/author trying to make a name for himself.
