1976's Carrie. They played mother and daughter. Though some consider The Exorcist (1973) a Horror movie, and Linda Blair and Ellen Burstyn were nominated for their roles of mother and daughter in the movie (Jason Miller was nominated for Best Supporting Actor).
Very few horror movies have been nominated for an Oscar. The Exorcist (1973) was the only horror movie nominated for Best Picture. The 1991 film, "The Silence of the Lambs" swept the Bests: Best Picture, Best Actor (Anthony Hopkins), Best Actress (Jodie Foster), Best Director (Jonathan Demme), and Best Writing (Ted Tally). To date (June 2009), the last horror film to be nominated for Best Picture was "The Sixth Sense" in 2000.

He voiced Roger in the season 22 episode "Treehouse of Horror XXI".

It's very unlikely. For his role as Genie in Aladdin(1992) Robin Williams received a special Golden Globe award and won a Saturn award (prize for Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror films). Eddie Murphy was nominated for a BAFTA (British Film awards) and a Saturn award as Best Supporting Actor for his role as Donkey in Shrek (2001). But the Oscars is another story.
