There hasn't been any official news about whether or not there will be a second season. nobody has says there won't be and no one says that there will be. but i personally believe, there will be one. the last episode left ALOT of open-ended questions and ending the episode with "the next stage is" totally signals second season. so it's only a matter of when it will come out...(maybe after the manga finishes...who knows?)
