possibly Patiki eye. My daughter had this when she was a baby, it's little red dots, pin size, all over the skin...or just in some places. There are two kinds, one being fatal, one not. It's when the blood bleeds out from the veins and shows in the skins surface. Like if one were to pinch the skin hard, it would leave little pink dots.
My daughter had a fever and was crying, so I'm not sure if you have any other symptoms, but its worth looking into.
