You broke up with him, you have made your choice. You may regret it now, but he has moved on and it isn't fair to the new girl for you to break them up just because you think you have feelings for him. Forget about him, quit texting him and move on to someone else.

If you broke it off with him it probably means he still cares for you. If he broke up with you, maybe he does still care but you couldn't get along so he just ended the relationship. He means there are feelings that he doesn't want to torment himself with by touching you. He means it is over. Answer If he ended it, it probably means he feels bad about something, probably something he did, or just can't deal with the emotions. If you ended it, he probaly again can't deal with the feelings.
