Answer 1Water, Wind, and Humans.Water usually causes rock and soil erosion. Wind is considered a tectonic type of erosion, as the wind can cause rock movement and soil transfers.Humans also gradually erode away the earth by not very creative land management. (i.e. Farmers)Here is a link for more info: http://www.wisegeek.com/what-causes-erosion.htm___________________________________Answer 2windwaterglacial
their bodies are like a wave. when they dig the push the soil out of the way. for more info look on www.google.com
Well the soil is very rich since the trees have leaves which fall and decay to make the soil richer. There is also a variety of animals. For more info go to this page chalk.richmond.edu/
mixed soil is bad ..... i don't know the rest It dependes on how you are using the soil If you are talking of riding on? Standing for long periods? If you are riding a jumping course on the soil? This info would be helpful to answering you question.
Grand Canyons are made from erosion and physical weathering

Concerning the second Question: "Can you find bulk density with just this info?"Purely on mathematical insight and analysis:Yes, you should be able to find the bulk density of dry soil, given the 'dry overall' and the 'particle' densities. When wet, there is not enough 'given'Also some should be known about the (or your) definition of porosity

this is the info i know about: Africans do it for a quick way to obtain farmable soil because their agricultural technology is not that advanced. Lumbering companies cut down trees for lumber, which = $$$
Yes, air is present in soil. Since soil is made of particles ranging from sand ( 0.175mm to 1.5mm), silt (0.02mm), clay ( 0.0015mm), there are minute pores between these particles for air to reside. That is why aeration of the soil is really important to plant survival.
Follow up info to my question: I know it's caused by the soil being too damp. But the soil also get's dry during the day before I water it again. I used to water my plants once a day, and now I water twice a day so the soil doesn't get too dry. I do have holes in the bottom of my container. Suggestions?
